5th ANNUAL POKER RUN!!

This 5th Annual Poker Run will benefit Hospice Family Care Foundation.  The Foundation was established in 1995 and has improved the quality of life for hundreds of terminally ill patients and their families. 

With your financial support, the Foundation is able to improve the quality of life of those who have been diagnosed with a terminal illness, and their families.  A patient could receive a much needed wheelchair ramp; a caregiver could remain at home without financial worries in the final weeks of the patient's life; a family member or friend could be flown from another state to visit the patient; funeral and/or cremation costs could be offered to a family; plus the many other requests for financial assistance that the Foundation receives.  

 

REGISTRATION:  

 

Activities scheduled include a 50/50 raffle, silent auction, and raffle prizes.

Entry Fee:               

Pre-Registration $30 per person; $45 with passenger.  Includes a free BBQ special with side for lunch. In addition, the first 250 registrants will receive a short-sleeve t-shirt and ride pin.

 

Day of Event $40 per person; $55 with passenger.
